They are seriously no fun. I've had them since high school...it wasn't until college that I realized what they were - I always thought I was going blind. ;-)
Back in school it was ...because I stressed out... so I learned to just chill out more...
I stopped getting them as frequently after pregnancy...but every now and then they pop up for a little reminder of how nice it is not to have them all the time.
I've only ever had one, but that was enough for me.
