Birth
Today we had a special Relief Society meeting. The ladies did a reading of the women in Christ's life. The line that has stuck with me, is that Christ's birth, wasn't just the birth of our Savior. It was the birth of a way of life.
...I think that's what I'll be thinking about over the next few weeks preceding Christmas.
...I can't wait to watch this tonight. The First Presidency Christmas Devotional.

Our RS Christmas party this week was the same thing, a reading of different women in Christ's life. I'd be curious to know if it was the same one. Some were fictionalized, like the mother of Mary or of Joseph and the wife of the Innkeeper. I liked it but wished they had included more real women from the scriptures, like Anna who actually saw Christ.
I bet it was the same one. I liked it because I never thought of Mary's Mother or Joseph's mother. Neat to think of the entire family tree.
I'm sure it's a day late and a dollar short (my usual approach to life), but can you direct me a a copy of the skit? I'm searching and searching for it and can't seem to get it. . .
